Responsibilities
The Documentation Team has the responsibility
of documenting the entire project, from start to finish,
to as much an extent as practical. Documentation will consist
of photographs, video and written accounts, and other such
records of all aspects of the mission. Clearly, due to the
anticipated wide geographic dispersion of the project members,
the Documentation Team will rely upon the various Project
Teams to submit such records of their respective work. This
is expected to consist of "work in progress" as
well as finished products. The Documentation Team will also
provide material, as required, to other Teams including
the Marketing Team.
* Establish and maintain a photographic and document repository
* Document (on-site) various Team projects
* Distribute material amongst Teams, as required
* Photographic record of launch and recovery
