Responsibilities
The Launch Support Team has the
responsibility of developing the procedures that will
be used to launch the vehicle and of organizing the actual
launch event, including preparation of ground support
equipment (GSE) and recovery of the vehicle after flight.
* Defining and procuring GSE
* Launch tower preparation
* Erection of the vehicle on to the launch tower
* Booster motor ignition system, design, fabrication and
testing
* Meteorological procedures and equipment
* Flight documentation (photo, video, other)
* Range safety procedures and equipment
* Vehicle recovery (nominal and anomalous)
* Communications
* Other
