Recovery System Development
Team Lead: TBD
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of
the Recovery System Development Team is to develop a system
that will return the flight vehicle safely to the ground.
The system must be designed and built for high reliability,
considering the critical nature of the system, and must
be rugged and lightweight. The recovery system will need
to be functional in the near-vacuum conditions of the
upper atmosphere. Due to the high altitude goal of this
flight, the deployment algorithm must ensure minimum downrange
drift of the vehicle.
