Responsibilities
Safety is of paramount importance
for a project such as this, for all those directly involved
and for protecion of the general public. Protection of
all team members working on preparation of the rocket
vehicle must be maintained. This includes preparation
and handling of the rocket propellant as well as all pyrotechnic
systems abooard the vehicle. Protection of the public
must be maintained by ensuring that the rocket vehicle
stays within the bounds of the launch zone regardless
of operational anomalies.

* Safe/Arm design
* Failure analyses
* Trajectory & Impact analysis
